Chef Alan Kantor is the chef of the MacCallum House Restaurant in Mendocino, California. He started out cooking breakfast and has never stopped learning. With the restaurant under his helm, he has gained accolades from guests and from the press including the New York Times and Wine Spectator.
He enjoys sharing what he has learned with other culinary enthusiasts he meets at the restaurant or at his cooking demonstrations, and via the website.
